Priscilla, Dental Hygienist
As a dental hygienist with 16 years of experience, Priscilla has the passion and expertise needed to help patients create beautiful, healthy smiles. She previously studied at San Jacinto College and the University of Texas School of Dentistry. Priscilla and her husband have been married for 14 years and together they have two beautiful daughters. Away from the office she enjoys running, working out, and spending time with her family.
Kimber, Dental Hygienist
While Kimber has only been a part of our team for 5 years, she has a total of 16 years of experience as a dental hygienist. Originally from League City, she has studied at the College of the Mainland and the University of Texas School of Dentistry. Kimber has been married for 15 years and, besides helping our patients, enjoys scuba diving, underwater photography, and spending time with her family.
Jennifer Reyes, Office Manager
Jennifer has worked in the dental field since 2003, and she joined our team in May of 2018. She proudly keeps our whole dental office running with a smile on her face. She loves the level of customer service and patient care in the practice and strives to exceed even the highest patient expectations. She truly enjoys getting to know each patient and having the opportunity to learn what they need to keep the smile on their faces. Jennifer was raised in San Antonio, and she moved to Houston in the early 2000s. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and children and going to their various sporting events. She’s a new grandmother, and loves spending time with her grandbaby, Natalie. Jennifer also enjoys watching movies, traveling, and just generally living life to the fullest.
Cristal, Treatment Care Coordinator
Cristal joined Sierra Smiles in 2015 with nearly 7 years of dental experience. She loves helping patients look and feel their best as they improve their oral hygiene. She attended the Texas School of Business and loves using her education to benefit our patients in planning their treatment. A native of Houston, TX, Cristal is happily married with two sons, and her family’s names each begin with one of the first four letters of the alphabet. In addition to spending time with her children, friends, and family, she enjoys traveling and going on little adventures.
Brenda Escajeda, Hygiene Coordinator
Brenda loves greeting patients and helping them feel welcome. When you come to our office, Brenda will likely be the team member who will greet you with a smile. She’ll be happy to verify insurance, confirm appointments, and help you with anything you need. She’s worked in dentistry since 2010, and Brenda joined our team in 2018. Brenda enjoys having the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and share her positive attitude with everyone she meets. She is a dental assistant and maintains certifications in CPR and nitrous oxide monitoring. A Houston native, Brenda is married with two sons, Oscar and Noel. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially doing fun activities with her kids.
Luisa, Dental Assistant
Luisa is a native of Santander, Spain, she grew up in Venezuela where she graduated from high school and from the Central University of Caracas. She studied dental assisting with the Greater Houston Dental Society. She is a dental assistant registered by the state of Texas, radiology certified, and CEREC trained. Luisa’s favorite part of working at Sierra Smiles is the different patients she gets to help every day.
Luisa has two sons who were born in Venezuela, and is a proud grandma of two handsome grandsons who live in the Houston area. She was an architect before becoming a dental assistant and enjoys being both. Luisa loves design, landscaping, sailing, and playing soccer. Her favorite pastime is traveling the globe and getting to know different cultures and customs.
Christina McMichael, Dental Assistant
Christina has more than 15 years of experience in the dental field, and she joined our team in 2018. She loves having the opportunity to assist the doctor in all procedures and working with the patients to make sure they feel welcome. She takes the time to make sure that every patient, both long-time and brand-new, understands that they are valued. She puts her friendly chairside manner to work helping patients stay relaxed in the dental office. Christina also completes multiple continuing education hours each year to ensure she is able to offer the best care. She loves working in a dental office that is family-oriented and professional. A lifelong Houston resident, Christina is the proud mother of two teenaged boys, and she is recently engaged. In her free time, Christina enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, singing karaoke, going to the movies, and spending time with friends and family members.
